Custom Flyknit Fabric Manufacturer for Footwear Brands
Engineered Flyknit fabrics for running, lifestyle, outdoor and performance footwear. We develop custom knit structures, yarn combinations, colors and functional zones based on your shoe construction, performance requirements and production specifications, from initial sampling through bulk production.
Flyknit Fabric Product Portfolio
Engineered Mesh Flyknit Fabric
Lightweight knitted structures with open ventilation zones for running shoes, training footwear and breathable lifestyle sneakers.
Jacquard Flyknit Fabric
Engineered jacquard structures for logos, graphics, multi-color patterns and zoned functional designs without relying entirely on printed surfaces.
Stretch Flyknit Fabric
Elastic knitted constructions developed with elastane or other stretch yarns for sock-like collars, adaptive-fit uppers and flexible footwear designs.
Reinforced Flyknit Fabric
High-density knit zones, TPU yarns or laminated reinforcement can be integrated into high-stress areas where additional support, abrasion resistance or shape retention is required.
Water-Resistant & Waterproof Flyknit Fabric
Flyknit constructions can be combined with water-repellent treatments or breathable membrane laminations for outdoor and weather-resistant footwear.
3D Knitted Upper Panels & Components
Pre-shaped knitted components developed for footwear manufacturers looking to reduce cutting, stitching and material waste during upper assembly.
Knit Structure & Material Options

Knit Gauge
- 7G / 9G: Suitable for more structured or heavier knit constructions where texture and support are important.
- 12G / 14G: Finer-gauge structures for lightweight footwear, smooth surfaces and detailed patterns.
- Custom gauge and density combinations can be developed according to the required construction.
Engineered Knit Zones
- Ventilation Zones: Open or mesh structures can be positioned in areas where airflow and moisture management are important.
- Support Zones: Denser knit structures can be introduced around the midfoot, heel and eyelet areas to improve structural support.
- Stretch Zones: Controlled stretch can be engineered into the collar, forefoot or other areas requiring greater flexibility and fit.
- Reinforcement Zones: Higher-density structures or functional yarns can be incorporated into areas exposed to greater tension or abrasion.
Yarn Options
- Polyester & Nylon: Suitable for durable, lightweight knitted constructions with controlled strength and abrasion resistance.
- TPU / Low-Melting Yarns: Can be integrated into selected areas to create additional structure or localized reinforcement.
- Spandex / Elastane: Used where controlled stretch, recovery and close-fitting performance are required.
- Recycled Yarn Options: Available for projects with recycled-content requirements, subject to material and certification specifications.

Custom Flyknit Fabric Development
Technical Requirement Review
Send us your tech pack, artwork, fabric sample, shoe upper sample or performance requirements. We review the required yarn, gauge, knit structure, dimensions and functional zones.
01
Knit Programming
Our knitting team converts the approved construction into digital knitting programs, controlling stitch density, pattern placement, yarn feed and functional zones.
02
Sample Development
Initial fabric samples or engineered knitted components are produced for evaluation of color, appearance, hand feel, stretch, dimensions and construction.
03
Fit & Construction Verification
For engineered upper components, sample panels can be evaluated against the intended shoe construction to identify issues with stretch, shape, reinforcement and assembly.
04
Approval & Bulk Production
Once the sample and specifications are approved, the confirmed construction is transferred into bulk production with defined material and quality requirements.
05
Quality Control for Flyknit Fabric
Yarn Inspection
Incoming yarns are checked against approved composition, color and material specifications.

Knit Structure Inspection
Production is monitored for stitch density, pattern accuracy, gauge and visible knitting defects.
Weight & Dimension Control
Fabric weight, usable width and dimensional tolerances are checked against approved specifications.

Color Control
Production lots can be matched against approved lab dips, Pantone references or customer fabric standards.
Stretch & Recovery
Stretch and recovery are checked for constructions where fit and elasticity are critical.

Final Inspection
Finished fabric is inspected for holes, broken yarns, contamination, pattern distortion and color variation before shipment.
Manufacturing Capability & Production Control
Machinery Fleet
200+ state-of-the-art German (Stoll) and Japanese (Shima Seiki) computerized electronic flat knitting machines.
Monthly Output Capacity
Exceeding 600,000 pairs of Flyknit upper panels (or 250,000 meters of continuous knit fabric) per month.
Automated Edge Trimming & Steam Setting
High-precision automated steam chambers to pre-shrink and shape Flyknit panels for zero-variance lasting.
