A: Our standard MOQ starts from 500 pairs per style, with the final MOQ depending on material, construction, colorway and production requirements. Trial projects may be discussed separately.

A: Yes. We can work from 2D/3D CAD drawings, technical specifications, upper patterns or physical reference samples to develop the required upper construction and patterns.

A: Standard physical sample development typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on material availability, construction complexity and customer requirements.

A: Bulk production generally takes approximately 20–30 days after sample approval and order confirmation, depending on order quantity, materials and production schedule.

A: Yes. Upper patterns can be developed according to your physical shoe lasts or available digital last information. Trial lasting can be used to evaluate fit, tension, component positioning and assembly before bulk production.

A: Yes. Depending on the upper construction, options may include waterproof membranes, water-repellent finishes, anti-static components, flame-retardant treatments and abrasion-resistant materials.

A: Our quality process covers incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, finished upper inspection and pre-shipment inspection. AQL inspection can also be applied according to the agreed customer requirements.

A: The more technical information available, the more accurately we can evaluate the project. Ideally, provide your shoe upper drawings, shoe last information, material requirements, construction details, quantity, colorways and target delivery date.
