Technical Brief
Confirm composition, fabric construction, GSM, width, pattern repeat, color, backing, application and required performance.
Lab Dip & Sample Development
Develop color and fabric samples for evaluation. A4 swatches, sample hangers and strike-offs are available depending on the project.
Trial Roll
A small trial quantity can be produced to verify pattern repeat, appearance, hand feel, upholstery performance and production suitability before bulk manufacturing.
Sample Approval
The approved fabric sample, color reference and technical specifications become the production reference for the bulk order.
Bulk Production
Production is scheduled according to the approved specification, with inspection during weaving, dyeing, finishing and final packing.
Final Inspection & Shipment
Finished fabric is inspected before packing, with export documentation and shipping arrangements coordinated according to the customer's requirements.

Raw Material Control
Yarn and incoming materials are checked against the approved specification before production.

Production Inspection
Fabric is monitored during weaving and finishing for construction, color, surface and processing defects.

4-Point Fabric Inspection
Finished fabric is inspected on light tables to identify and grade visible weaving, dyeing and finishing defects before shipment.

Laboratory Testing
Applicable samples can be tested for GSM, usable width, abrasion resistance, pilling, colorfastness, seam slippage and other specified performance requirements.

Final Inspection
Production lots are checked against approved samples and specifications before packing and shipment.
